  • How Early Bird Works

    This application allows you to apply for multiple Shop Black Fest cities during the Early Bird period using one booth type per application. Please select all cities that you are interested in below. At the bottom of the form, choose your booth type and select the number of cities you are applying for. The booth type you select will apply to all selected cities in this submission.

  • Once your application and payment are submitted, it will be reviewed and you will receive an approval email within two weeks.

    Payment secures your place in the review process but does not guarantee booth assignment. Approved vendors will receive onboarding instructions and event details via email.
