    If you are joining us again, welcome back!

    We have made some changes to our submission process to make the coordination as smooth as possible for everyone.

    All applicable documents and payments will be required upon submission, including:

    • King County Mobile Food Vendor Permit

    • Seattle Fire Dept. Open Flame permit (if applicable)

    • Seattle business license number

    Submission deadline is July 1, 2026


    The earlier you apply, the better placement you will receive!
