The Fenton Art Festival is a unique event in a unique place. Fenton is Cary's Premier shopping destination, drawing 1 million visitors annually from across the region to shop at exclusive luxury retailers and drink and dine at their fine dining establishments. Its central location, near I-40, means attendees can travel from across the region to attend.

These affluent shoppers will come to buy amazing art and to participate in hands-on art-making activities for themselves and their families. This is not a pop-up or craft show. All artists will be juried to enter. The two monetary awards for Best-In-Show and People's Choice will draw the best quality artists.

The interactive art experiences are key to the event's success. They offer people a chance to participate in artmaking and take a piece of the event home with them. It connects them with art, Fenton, and YOUR Brand!

Artists' tents will line the Main Street of Fenton for a one-day art show of the best the region has to offer. Drop-in art classes will take place throughout the day. Families are welcome too! The Kids Backyard Art Party will have a variety of arts-based activities specifically geared to kids. Pop-up demonstrations will take place throughout the day.

Best in Show Award Sponsor (exclusive)

Give the CASH award and custom blown glass trophy to the artist selected by our juror and introduce your company to attendees. Company Name on the trophy and all publicity about the award.

Community Post-it Art Wall Sponsor

Partons will engage with this Free activity to make unique art on Post-its that will hang throughout the day in one of the Breezeways at Fenton that connect parking to the Main Street. Your company's booth will be located at the entry to this covered area. Your business will be mentioned in all social media and promotion of this aspect of the festival. Your company's brand will appear on signage directing the Public to this area.

Kids Backyard Art Party Rembrandt Sponsor (1 naming rights sponsor)

This area will feature art for children and will be busy! Have a tent in this area to meet visitors. Logo on everything, including art supply giveaways, and area signage. Your logo on the map in the Backyard.

People's Choice Award Sponsor (exclusive)

Give the award to the artist selected by festival-goers as their favorite. Logo on the ballots and displayed at the Info tent with the ballot box. Name on the trophy and all publicity about the award.

Entertainment Sponsor (one available)

Your sponsorship allows the event to have continuous music in two areas of the festival. One musical group will play on the Fenton Lawn and the other in the Backyard Art Party. Your company logo will be displayed on all entertainment signage, and all social media about our entertainers.

Kids Backyard Art Party- (2 available)

Sponsor a specific activity session, and have your logo displayed in that area. Be tagged and mentioned in all social media about this activity. Linked on the website describing this area. Your business can have a booth in this area. (Tent not provided)

Artists' Demonstration Alley (4 available)

The Demonstration Paseos will include master artists creating art pieces throughout the event. This exciting hub will showcase demonstrations from six reknowned area artists. Your Booth at the entry to this area, and logo on signage and map.

Bee Hive Painting Activity

Artist Jennifer Wood will paint a whimsical design on a beehive stack from Buddha Bee Apiary. This activity is going to take center stage on the Fenton Lawn. Booth Space with tent, and table provided. Your company logo on the public event map and signage for the activity

Chalk Drawing Contest

Support a free play area at the center of the festival. Visitors can draw on the chalk squares on the lawn. Your booth will be nearby and your logo on the signage and the festival map.

The Colab Area

The Raleigh CoLab creates an area of collaborative artmaking where patrons can work on a collaborative art piece that will be revealed at the close of the festival. Directional Signage for this area will include your logo and the artist's names at the entry to this area. Logo on the festival map. No Booth.

Community Post-It Wall

Unique to this festival, patrons can participate in making art on Post-its that will build throughout the day an image that becomes a big selfie station.

Artist Penny Wasmund will draw free caricatures of festival patrons as a keepsake of their visit to the festival. Your Logo on the signage at the entry to this area. Booth space available

About the Organizers:

ChesterGoodtree has run dozens of events over the last 15 years in Cary. Exhibitors appreciate our attention to detail. We run organized events with volunteers to help you, clear instructions, and lots of fun, not to mention the crowds that come ready to buy! Again, not a Pop-up, but a true festival with a team behind it.

Other festivals that we have produced include Fest in the West, The Farmers Fall Festival, Cary Meet Yourself, and The Cary Scavenger Hunt. We also serve as lead volunteers for more than a dozen years at Cary Lazy Daze and Spring Daze.

WE KNOW FESTIVALS.

We understand events not only as an organizer, but also as a vendor and a volunteer. We get it, and we want to create the BEST experience for everyone involved, from vendors to volunteers, sponsors and the PUBLIC!

Sponsor Agreement:

By submitting this form, the sponsor agrees to the terms outlined in the sponsorship levels and commits to providing the selected sponsorship amount by August 1, 2025. Failure to pay the sponsorship fee results in the cancellation of the sponsorship, and removal from all signage, website, etc.

The organizer reserves the right to allocate benefits based on the sponsorship level and payment received. Sponsorship includes anything detailed in the sponsorship package you have chosen above.

Information about Load-In and booth details (if your package includes a booth) will be emailed to you no later than Sept 5, 2025.
