  • The Fenton Art Festival is a unique event in a unique place. Fenton is Cary's Premier shopping destination, drawing 1 million visitors annually from across the region to shop at exclusive luxury retailers and drink and dine at their fine dining establishments. Its central location, near I-40, means attendees can travel from across the region to attend.

    These affluent shoppers will come to buy amazing art and to participate in hands-on art-making activities for themselves and their families. This is not a pop-up or craft show. All artists will be juried to enter. The two monetary awards for Best-In-Show and People's Choice will draw the best quality artists.

    The interactive art experiences are key to the event's success. They offer people a chance to participate in artmaking and take a piece of the event home with them. It connects them with art, Fenton, and YOUR Brand!

    Artists' tents will line the Main Street of Fenton for a one-day art show of the best the region has to offer. Drop-in art classes will take place throughout the day.  Families are welcome too! The Kids Backyard Art Party will have a variety of arts-based activities specifically geared to kids. Pop-up demonstrations will take place throughout the day.

  • About the Organizers:

    ChesterGoodtree has run dozens of events over the last 15 years in Cary. Exhibitors appreciate our attention to detail. We run organized events with volunteers to help you, clear instructions, and lots of fun, not to mention the crowds that come ready to buy! Again, not a Pop-up, but a true festival with a team behind it.

    Other festivals that we have produced include Fest in the West, The Farmers Fall Festival, Cary Meet Yourself, and The Cary Scavenger Hunt. We also serve as lead volunteers for more than a dozen years at Cary Lazy Daze and Spring Daze.

    WE KNOW FESTIVALS. 

    We understand events not only as an organizer, but also as a vendor and a volunteer. We get it, and we want to create the BEST experience for everyone involved, from vendors to volunteers, sponsors and the PUBLIC!

  • Sponsor Agreement:

    By submitting this form, the sponsor agrees to the terms outlined in the sponsorship levels and commits to providing the selected sponsorship amount by August 1, 2025. Failure to pay the sponsorship fee results in the cancellation of the sponsorship, and removal from all signage, website, etc.

    The organizer reserves the right to allocate benefits based on the sponsorship level and payment received. Sponsorship includes anything detailed in the sponsorship package you have chosen above.

    Information about Load-In and booth details (if your package includes a booth) will be emailed to you no later than Sept 5, 2025.

      Your sponsorship allows the event to have continuous music in two areas of the festival. One musical group will play on the Fenton Lawn and the other in the Backyard Art Party. Your company logo will be displayed on all entertainment  signage, and all social media about our entertainers.

      The Demonstration Paseos will include master artists creating art pieces throughout the event. This exciting hub will include demonstrations from renowned area artists, Shalimar Waffa, Maureen Scullin and Kevin-John. In a second area, The Raleigh CoLab will allow festival patrons to work on a collaborative art piece that will be revealed at the close of the festival. Directional Signage for this area will include your logo and the artist's names at the entry to this area. Logo on the festival map. No Booth.
