Volunteer Application Saint Joseph Retro Con

Volunteers are a vital part of Saint Joseph Retro Con, and we’re excited to show our appreciation with free admission and additional perks based on hours worked.

All volunteers receive a free pass for the day they volunteer, a volunteer badge, and snacks during their shift. Volunteers who work eight or more hours will receive a meal during their shift. Volunteers who contribute sixteen or more total hours across the event will receive a free weekend pass and additional perks. Perks are based on total hours worked and may be cumulative across multiple days.

Saint Joseph Retro Con panels are community driven conversations, workshops, and presentations centered on fandom, creativity, and pop culture. Panels may include topics such as comics, gaming, cosplay, film, television, collectibles, writing, art, and behind the scenes industry experiences.

Panels are typically 40-50 minutes and should be engaging, inclusive, and appropriate for a general audience. Panelists are encouraged to foster discussion, share expertise, and create a welcoming experience for attendees.

Panelists will receive credentials for the day they will be presenting if needed.
