Securing Your Trip 

To secure the quoted rate, a deposit or full payment will be required, depending on your travel timeline and the vendor’s policies.

Payment Information

Once your travel quote is approved, payment information will be collected and processed directly with the selected travel vendor. A credit card authorization form will be provided for each individual responsible for payment.

We will provide up to 3 quotes for ONE location. Any additional locations will accrue an extra $20 per location.
