My district would like to schedule:
We Lead CS (WLCS) School Based Recruitment Visit - Option 1 - A WLCS staff member will visit your school during the day to meet with interested students. These sessions are typically 30 minutes and include a brief presentation with slides, short videos, student interaction, and a Q&A segment.
We Lead CS (WLCS) School Based Recruitment Visit - Option 2 - A WLCS staff member will visit with students in your classrooms and lead hands-on coding activities with tech equipment to help interest students in studying computer science.
We Lead CS (WLCS) Virtual Learning Experience - Not an on-site visit but a virtual option for students who want to experience what our classes are like. This session provides an overview of our program and allows students to explore our virtual classroom environment, with the possibility of meeting one of our teachers and current WLCS students. Approximately 30 minutes.
We Lead CS (WLCS) Participation in School Recruitment Event(s) - We are available to participate in your school's recruitment events - such as 8th Grade Parent Night or High School Pathway Day. We can deliver a presentation or host an informational table to share details about the WLCS program with students and families.
