2026 Vendor Agreement

Fetching Fun

10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Mint Hill Founders Park, 9801 Brief Road, Mint Hill, NC  28227 

 

Mint Hill Events, Inc. will provide the following services and deliverables in exchange for a fee: 

• Vendor space (there will be no charge for this event, but we do ask that you kindly make a donation to a pet rescue of your choice)
• 10’ x 10’ Booth space 
• Opportunity to sell goods and generate leads

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The vendor listed in this agreement must always be the merchant/retailer represented in the display space—no booth sharing.
• Vendors must comply with promoting the Town of Mint Hill rules, including, but not limited to, no firearms, no alcohol, no smoking, including e-cigarettes, and no open flames.
• Electricity is not provided.  No generators will be allowed.
• No pets allowed—only service animals.
• Vendors must be mindful of another exhibitor space.   
• Exhibitors are not allowed to relocate or move from their assigned spaces.  Exhibitors must not infringe on other spaces or public spaces.
• The event is RAIN OR SHINE. No refunds are offered for any reason including weather, acts of God, extenuating circumstances, etc.

The vendor will pay a fee of $0 and will provide the following:

• Staff event booth and promote the event to clients, mailing lists, social media, etc., as appropriate.
• Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, and chairs.

 

AGREEMENT  
I acknowledge and certify that I have read and agree to abide by the terms and conditions established by Mint Hill Events, Inc., the Town of Mint Hill, its employees and volunteers, as well as the owners of any private property Mint Hill Events, Inc. utilizes from any damages, losses due to theft of the undersigned vendor's property, or for any personal injury which the vendor's property or anyone working for the vendor may sustain while participating in the Fetching Fun event. 

The vendor confirms the reservation for booth space at Fetching Fun and acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this contract.  Vendor shall in no way hold Mint Hill Events, Inc. or the Town of Mint Hill liable for accidents or claims which may occur as a result of participation in this event and hereby releases and waives any and all rights, claims, or causes of action it may have against Mint Hill Events, Inc., the Town of Mint Hill, its officers, employees, and volunteers, for personal injury, death or damage that may occur as a result of participating in this event.  Further, the Vendor agrees to save and hold harmless Mint Hill Events, Inc. and the Town of Mint Hill from any and all claims or suits alleging personal injury, loss and/or property damages that may occur as a result of participating in this event.
