This winter semester, U-M welcomes a semester-long program celebrating the artistry, tradition, and collective spirit embodied by the dragon in Asian tradition. Students, artists, faculty and volunteers are building a full-body dragon sculpture from recycled materials for use in the traditional "dragon dance."
Please use this form to share a photo of what the dragon means to you--whoever or whatever has a place in your life (pets, places, people, musicians, writings, artists…), and their image will shine on the dragon’s scales. Dragons symbolize power, magnificence, and zazzy energy--one scale on the dragon's body brings infinite good luck!
