    Please upload photos of your products below. These photos will be used for our selection process as well as promotional purposes. Because we will use your uploaded photos to promote this year's festival, please note the following image guidelines: 

    1) focused, high-resolution, original image (not copied or saved from social media) 

    2) bright and well-lit

    3) close-up photo of your most popular and well-stocked product/s

    4) photo format: JPG or TIF with a file name of your business name_product name (no spaces).

    5) pornographic and offensive materials are not allowed.

    6) the image must not contain extra text, graphics or inserted images

    • I agree to let The Homegrown Festival and Main Street Siloam Springs use the images I provided as well as images from my online site(s) and/or social media for promotional purposes specifically related to this year's Homegrown Festival if I am selected to be a part of this year's festival.*
    • I agree to let The Homegrown festival and Main Street Siloam Springs use images taken of me and/or my products and booth during this year's festival for marketing and promotional purposes if I am selected to be a part of this year's festival.*
    • I agree to promote The Homegrown Festival by posting on my social media site(s), online site(s), and send emails (if applicable) at least once/week the month prior to the festival (September) and the week of the festival (first week of October)*
