I will contact you within 2 business days to discuss your design, and then you will receive an invoice within 24 hours. A non-refunable down Payment of 20% of your order total must be accepted in order to book your date. Once your order is picked up, its is your responsibility to keep safe. They may be fragile so they should be handled with care. 4K Sweets & Treats does not offer refunds, but we know life happens so we do our best to be flexible. You may reschedule your pick up date or cancel your order for credit up to two weeks prior to your pick up date for a fee of 20% of your order cost (capped at $50). Orders must be picked up at the time agreed upon or your order will be forfeited unless other wise notified.
