Running a business takes energy, focus, and resilience and too often, business owners put their own well-being last. This month’s membership meeting is dedicated to practical health and wellness strategies designed specifically for business leaders.
Join us for a guided conversation with Marla Williams, author of The BEING ZONE, and Heather Mitchell, Membership Director at the Stanwood-Camano YMCA. Together, they will share actionable tools to help business owners manage stress, increase focus, and build sustainable habits that support both personal well-being and professional success.
This session will move beyond theory. Attendees will walk away with concrete practices and small, realistic changes they can immediately apply in their daily routines and workplaces. From mindset shifts to accessible wellness resources in our local community, this presentation is designed to meet business owners where they are and help them show up with greater clarity, balance, and energy.
