We/I agree to pay on time according to the agreed time before lessons commence unless otherwise agreed. All overdue fees will have a monthly fee added & any debt collection fees applicable. Students/Parents agree that the time set for the class is their time & make up lessons are only at the discretion of the tutor who is paid to be there and has scheduled accordingly. No refunds or credits are eligible if you miss the lesson. For ALL tutor absences/sickness' you will be offered a credit or make up lesson. By signing this form you agree & understand that you have scheduled/reserved that time-slot for one full term. I agree to contact the school if the student is absent. I understand fees may be subject to change. The student agrees to attempt all course work, homework, & performances to the best of their abilities.
