  • PHOTO/VIDEO CONSENT

    During the course of the conference, photographs and video footage may be taken of conference sessions and activities by Compass staff. These images may be used for a variety of purposes, including media releases and the Compass website. Students names will not be published with the photographs.
  • Does your school give permission for CSA as a third party to use photos/videos taken at the Compass event for the purposes of promoting Compass (select NO if there is a mixture of consent for your students)

  • Friday dinner

    Please let us know if your school will be attending the 6pm dinner at the Canberra Rex Hotel on 26th February. This is optional and is not an official part of the conference. You may choose to have dinner elsewhere or at the Rex Hotel as a chance to mingle and get to know other schools.

              • Cancellation Policy

                Please read the terms and conditions outline below for this conference.

              • All cancellations, amendments and substitutions must be made in writing to saadmin@csa.edu.au.

                Cancellations received before the 15 Janury 2027 will be refunded less any unrecoverable funds.

                Cancellations received between 15 January 2027 - 12 February 2027 may be eligible for a partial refund, this will be determined based on the level of unrecoverable funds that CSA has paid on your behalf.

                Cancellations received after the 12 February, or for no-shows, will not be eligible for a full refund. 

                Please note that registration fees do not include insurance to cover loss of any fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the event or through cancellation of the event itself.
