Eden Resident Inquiry

Thank you for your interest in applying to Eden Tattoo Studio.

We are currently accepting applications for a permanent part-time resident tattoo artist, with an average commitment of 3–6 days per week. The start date is flexible.

Eden Tattoo Studio is located at 1142 Davenport Road, at the corner of Davenport and Ossington in Toronto. We are a shared, co-operative studio space created primarily for Black, Indigenous, and POC artists and clients, with a strong focus on community, care, and mutual respect.

We believe in transparency and fairness. Our studio fees and costs are fully disclosed, and we do not hire artists to profit from their labour. All standard supplies are provided, with the exception of needles, grips, and inks.

This residency is offered for an initial six-month term. If a strong working relationship develops, we are open to the possibility of continuing long-term and growing together.

Please note:
This is not an apprenticeship position. We are currently seeking tattoo artists with a minimum of two years of professional experience and an established clientele, who are able to meet studio payment obligations reliably. Applicants must provide a tattoo portfolio and/or demonstrate prior at-home or shop experience to be considered.
