Youth Volunteer (Under 16) Interest Form
This form is for individuals under the age of 16 who are interested in volunteering with Canines for Change. Submission of this form does not guarantee placement. Approved youth volunteers must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+) at all times. If approved to move forward, both the youth volunteer and the accompanying adult will be required to complete a full volunteer application and attend orientation.
