Important Event Information
Event begins at 10am on April 11 and ends at 4:00PM.
NO EARLY TEAR DOWN
all vendors MUST be set up and ready no later than 10am the day of the event.
Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths. Vendors are responsible for providing their own pop up, tables and chairs as needed.
please keep pop ups to a 10x10.
if more space is needed, you may purchase two spaces.
All booths MUST be paid for to guarentee a space. Due to this being a fundrasing event as well as having a back up indoor space (depending on weather) no refunds/no rain checks will be given.
We reserve the right to approve or deny vendor applications.
Once APPROVED you will be sent a link for payment.
