PLEASE READ ENTIRELY
1. All vendor spaces are sold on first come first serve basis and event need. We do not hold spaces if payment is not submitted in full.
2 All trash, equipment, and merchandise must be picked up from your vendor space and disposed of before leaving the event on time. Vendors are responsible to ensure their space is clean before leaving. Failure to leave your area clean will blacklist you from future events
3. Must provide own set up: Canopy, Table, Lighting, ETC. Canopy size must not be larger than 10*10 ( anything larger will require for you to pay for two spots (no exceptions) Electricity is not provided, vendors must bring their own battery operated lights or portable generators.

FOOD VENDOR: LA County TFF PLEASE DO NOT SEND A TFF APPLICATION TO HEALTH DEPT IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN APPROVED FIRST BY 909 OPEN MARKET

YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. IF YOU HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED FOR EVENT * EVENT ACCEPTANCE IS BASED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS AND BASED ON EVENT NEEDS AS WE DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TOO MANY REPEATED VENDORS. IF YOU DO NOT GET AN ACCCEPTANCE MESSAGE IT MEANS YOU WERE NOT SELECTED. *DEPOSITS TO BE SUBMITTED VIA ZELLE OR VENMO ONLY.
