By submitting this booking form, you agree to the following:

A. Booking & Payment
A 50% down payment (DP) is required to confirm your tour. The DP is non-refundable.
Full payment must be completed 1 week before departure.
No refunds or rebookings for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

B. Tickets & Vouchers
All tickets, vouchers, and included benefits are non-transferable and valid only on the specified tour dates.
Lost tickets or vouchers are the passenger’s responsibility.

C. Accommodation & Meals
Standard check-in: 2:00 PM | check-out: 12:00 PM. Early check-in depends on availability.
Room sharing is based on the chosen package (Twin / Triple / Quad).
Additional charges (lost keys, hotel damages, minibar, or personal expenses) are not included.
Luggage is the guest’s responsibility.

D. Liability & Safety
Travel to Bicol is not liable for injury, loss, or damages caused by hotels, transport, tour operators, or other service providers.
Some activities (hiking, trekking, caving) involve inherent risks. Please assess your physical capability before joining and disclose any medical conditions.
Participants must follow tour guide instructions; delays or disruptions may incur extra fees.
Travel to Bicol is not responsible for flight, weather, or force majeure delays.

E. Conduct
Travel to Bicol reserves the right to refuse service to any participant causing disturbances or safety risks.
