📝 Nature of Camp Participation
Enrollment in the camp grants the participant access to the assigned classes and activities based on the selected program and the current schedule at Champions Sports Club (NOLA CHAMPION LLC).
Participation in the camp does not grant the participant or their parent/guardian any ownership rights or decision-making authority over NOLA CHAMPION LLC, its facilities, operations, or management.
💰 Cost
. Full Week Registration (5 days) First Child- $280
. Sibling Full Week Registration (5 days) Each additional sibling- $220
(Sibling discount applies only when the first child is also registered for the full week)
. Short Week Registration (4 days) - $240
· One-Day Registration: $70
🔁 Refund and Change Policy
We follow a strict no-refund policy once payment for the Champions Sports Camp has been made. Champions Sports Camp refers to all camp programs offered by NOLA CHAMPION LLC. After registration and payment, the spot is considered non-refundable, regardless of the reason for absence. Our camps have very limited capacity, and we plan staffing, materials, and resources in advance based on final registrations. We kindly ask for your understanding and commitment when registering.
⚠️ Exception — Early Change Notice
If you notify us of a change in plans at least thirty (30) days before the scheduled Summer Camp day, we may, at our discretion, offer to transfer your child’s registration to another available date during Summer Camp 2026.
- This is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
- No refunds will be issued if a suitable alternative date is not available.

Requests submitted in person, by phone, or after the deadline will not be accepted. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
📅 Schedule & Program Changes
Drop-Off: 8:00 – 8:30 AM
Pick-Up: 2:30 – 3:00 PM
NOLA CHAMPION LLC reserves the right to adjust the camp schedule, program structure, activities, and assigned instructors at any time — based on staff availability, weather conditions, or other organizational needs.
While we strive to provide consistency, some activities may be modified, combined, or replaced to ensure a safe and high-quality experience for all children.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances (such as hurricanes, power outages, or emergencies), parents will be notified as early as possible. If feasible, an alternative plan may be offered.
Missed days due to such circumstances are not eligible for refunds or make-up credits.
🔴 IMPORTANT: No Before or After Care Provided
We do not offer before-care or after-care.
All children must be dropped off and picked up within regular camp hours.
⏰ Late Pick-Up Fee: $1 per minute, per child
A late fee will be charged for any child picked up after 3:00 PM.
Payment for late pick-up must be made on the same day via:
· Cash
· Zelle
· Venmo
Example: If you pick up two children 10 minutes late, the late fee is $20.
