    Briefly outline your experience in turning vision into ministry plans, leading or coordinating multiple ministry areas, and managing staff, budgets and resources in line with agreed strategy.

  • 4. People, Culture and Change

    Briefly outline your experience in building healthy staff and volunteer culture, developing leaders, and leading teams through change or significant ministry initiatives.

  • 5. Motivation and Sense of Call

    Briefly outline why you feel led to apply for the Executive Pastor position at Riverlife and how this role aligns with your sense of call, gifts and season of life and ministry.
