  • Brinkley Haven is a community-oriented independent and co-living residence. These House Rules exist to ensure a safe, respectful, and peaceful living environment for all residents, families, visitors, and staff.
  • 1. RESPECT & COMMUNITY CONDUCT

  • Residents, family members, visitors, and guests are expected to treat fellow residents, staff, and property with respect and courtesy at all times.
  • Harassment, aggressive behavior, verbal abuse, threatening conduct, or disruptive behavior by any resident, family member, or visitor will not be tolerated and may result in corrective action, removal from the property, or termination of residency.
  • 2. VISITING & GUEST POLICY

    • Visiting Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
    • All visitors must comply with Brinkley Haven's House Rules and community guidelines.
    • Overnight guests are not permitted unless approved in writing by management.
    • Residents are responsible for ensuring that their family members, visitors, and guests follow all House Rules.
    • Brinkley Haven reserves the right to ask any visitor to leave the premises if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates community rules.
  • 3. QUIET HOURS

    • Quiet Hours: 8:00 PM–6:00 AM
    • Residents, visitors, and family members must respect quiet hours.
    • Excessive noise during quiet hours may result in corrective action or visitor removal.
  • 4. SMOKING, ALCOHOL & DRUG POLICY

    • Smoking: Not permitted anywhere on the premises.
    • Alcohol: Not permitted on the property.
    • Illegal drugs: Strictly prohibited.
    • These rules apply to residents, family members, visitors, and guests.
  • Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the property and possible termination of residency.
  • 5. PET POLICY

    • Pets are not permitted, including visiting or temporary pets.
    • Service animals may be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law.
  • 6. CLEANLINESS & SHARED SPACES

    • Shared spaces must be kept clean and free of hazards.
    • Residents and visitors must not block hallways, exits, or common areas.
    • Food and personal belongings must be stored properly.
    • All individuals are expected to respect housekeeping schedules and community cleanliness standards.
  • 7. PERSONAL SAFETY & PROPERTY

    • Brinkley Haven is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items belonging to residents or visitors.
    • Tampering with safety equipment, utilities, or security systems is strictly prohibited.
    • Weapons of any kind are not permitted on the property.
  • 8. TRANSPORTATION GUIDELINES

    • Transportation is provided for non-emergency purposes only, based on availability.
    • Transportation fees apply as outlined in the Resident Agreement.
    • Emergency medical transportation is not provided by Brinkley Haven.
  • 9. EMERGENCIES & EVACUATION

    • Residents, family members, and visitors must comply with all emergency procedures and evacuation instructions.
    • Failure to follow emergency directives may result in removal from the property or termination of residency for safety reasons.
  • 10. MAINTENANCE & DAMAGES

    • Residents are responsible for reporting maintenance issues.
    • Any damage caused by residents or their visitors beyond normal wear and tear may result in charges or termination.
  • Unauthorized alterations to rooms or property are not permitted.
  • 11. ENFORCEMENT & TERMINATION

  • Repeated or serious violations of House Rules by residents or their visitors may result in:
