PrideFest 2026 Food Vendor Registration

Register your food business for Parkersburg Pride's Annual PrideFest on June 13th.The details you agree to upon submission of this form: Deadline for sign up is May 26th. All food vendors must submit a list of proposed menu items. It is your responsibility to obtain all permits required to sell food items at the Festival and to produce said permits upon request. Please contact the Mid-Ohio Valley Health Department at (304) 485-7374. Parkersburg Pride reserves the right to determine which vendors and informational exhibitors may or may not be appropriate for the PrideFest. Vendors agree to display ONLY items that are not vulgar, offensive, obscene or inappropriate for a "family-friendly" event. Vendors must abide by City Code: Ordinance No. 6006, SS 6-49-9, 2-21-1995, Section A (8).Registration forms may be submitted electronically or by US Mail (see below). Booth location will be assigned by Parkersburg Pride. Vendors may not share or sublet space without prior approval. Vendors must provide their own insurance and are responsible for the conduct of all individuals working their booth; for materials, merchandise and equipment used at their site; and for damage to their site or other property. Set up time is 9:00am to 11:30am. at City Park. All sites must be torn down, cleaned and all materials loaded no later than 8:00pm. All vendors/exhibitors agree to remain at the festival location until 4:00pm. No vehicles may access the vendor area between 11:30am and 4:00pm.

Vendors/exhibitors release Parkersburg Pride, its membership and officers and the City of Parkersburg, its Parks and Recreation Department and its Agents from any and all liability for damages, loss, injury or consequence to persons or property. The vendor/exhibitor further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the above-mentioned parties against any and all claims resulting from any and all connections with the use of the festival site, and adjacent grounds associated with the festival.
Parkersburg Pride will review applications monthly and you will recieve an email letting you know if you application is approved and information on how to pay your registation fee.
