*Important Information*
Each space in section A is 10 feet by 10 feet, and you are free to set up however you wish while being respectful of the other vendors. Section B is 10 feet by 10 feet setup, Section C will be 8ft tables with lots of room behind your table. You may set up a banner in front or behind your booth.
Two 4ft tables (48" by 30") will be available per vendor on a first-come, first served basis; availability is limited. Two chairs are included per booth.
All vendors will be added to the public list of vendors on the Facebook group.

* $10 discount per space for bringing your own tables
*$5 discount per space for returning vendors
All table fees are due ASAP to secure your spot.
Fees are Non-refundable after April 27th, 2026.

• Vendors are responsible for providing their own liability insurance (highly recommended).
• Crocodilians and other dangerous/highly venomous exotics are not allowed at the event (if you are unsure, reach out and ask; rules are in accordance with bylaws).
• Vendors are expected to have appropriate and humane displays (if you are unsure, reach out and ask).
• The City of Renfrew, Renfrew Armouries, and Greenspace Geckos are not responsible for any damages, loss of items, or personal injuries.
• Vendors who are found to have animals in poor health (parasites, etc.) will be asked to remove the animal from the table and are not permitted to sell it.
• Table coverings are required and should cover the front of your table.
• Any vendors that do not follow the rules of the show or are found to be unprofessional will be, at our discretion, removed from the show without refund.
• Spaces are first come, first served, but we reserve the right to move vendors as needed.
• Vendors will need to be fully set up before the expo opens its doors to the public.
• The Expo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or other emergencies.
• In the event of cancellation, refunds may be issued at the discretion of the Expo organizers.
• Personal information collected during the registration process will be used solely for event purposes. Your information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
• By attending the Expo, you consent to the use of your image or likeness in photographs or videos taken at the event, which may be used for promotional purposes.
• Any commercial photography or filming must be pre-approved by the Expo organizers.
