1. I accept financial responsibility for, and give authority for Dandaleith to seek, any veterinary attention that is deemed necessary or appropriate during my pets stay.
a) If there is a monetary limit upon treatment I will set a price ceiling with my vet of choice and this will be signed and agreed upon between all parties ie. Dandaleith, myself and my vet clinic of choice.
b) I will pay directly to the vet clinic upon treatment or if I am out of contact I will reimburse Dandaleith no later than upon pick-up of my pet from the boarding facility as per the agreed upon date in the booking files.
2. I acknowledge that Dandaleith reserves the right to retain my pet if correct payment is not provided no later than on the day of pick-up as agreed upon in the booking files.
3. In the following circumstances that a pet has been abandoned, I acknowledge that Dandaleith reserves the right to surrender the pet to the local pound or rescue group. This includes cases where:
a) The pet is not collected on the agreed upon date and a minimum of 14 days has passed following that date.
b)No contact can be established via phone/email/post with the owner by Dandaleith
c)No contact has been made with Dandaleith either by the owner or by a third party on the owners behalf
