Eligibility & Responsibilities
Delegates are to be natural born females, between the ages of 18 - 26, they must have never married, not be pregnant, nor a parent/guardian to any child or adult. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Miss Heart of Michigan is a State Title and the Titleholder is a member of the State Delegation for the reigning year. Within that title, the Miss Michigan Sweetheart Title is also held. As such, it is expected that the titleholder will attend the National Sweetheart Pageant Sept 1-6, 2026 in Hoopeston, IL as a Michigan State Delegate. It is also expected that Miss Heart of Michigan will return to compete at the Michigan State Pageant as Miss Heart of Michigan October 8-10, 2026 in Battle Creek, MI. She will also have the honor of crowning the incoming Miss Heart at this event. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------PRIZE PACKAGE: Miss Heart of Michigan is a State Title and will receive the following ** One Crown and Two official Embroidered Sashes **free room and board during the National Sweetheart Pageant Sept 1-6, 2026 in Hoopeston, IL. **$500 Cash Scholarship to assist with travel, payable on Aug 15, 2026. **Paid Registration and accommodations to the 2027 Miss Michigan Volunteer Pageant **Directors gifts ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------TOTAL REGISTRATION FEE: $1,450 (Deposit of $600 is due within 30 days of accepting the title. Remaining $850 can be paid at your convenience, but MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY: August 1, 2026)
