Players:
Players must be turning 12 or 11 in 2026 (Born 2014/2015) to take the field.
There is no cap on how many players can nominate per team, however only 19 players giveaways will be available
Only QRL registered Junior Rugby League players are eligible to compete.
Nomination Fee:
$350.00 per team (non-refundable)
Nominations Close:
5.00pm - 14 February 2025 or until all positions filled
Player Development Framework - Non-Competitive Carnival
Under the Player Development framework principles all Rugby League from under 12 age groups and below will be development programs and therefore non-competitive.
Rules:
Revised rules for the Shane Muspratt Cup will be forwarded with the draw which will be emailed to the team Manger listed on the registration form.
Carnival Giveaways:
Giveaway will be provided to each player (maximum of 19 per team).
We will have limited excess should you wish to purchase for additional players if your team exceeds 19 participants.

Team Officials:
All teams must supply at least 1 x League Safe and 1 League First Aid Officer. Blue Cards must be able to be produced upon request.
Permission to Tour:
All teams are required to obtain Permission to Participate from their local league.
