Your name and details of the submitted questions will be recorded in the Minutes for the Council Meeting and will be publicly available on Council's website.

If reading out your question(s), you must not raise any additional questions or alter these submitted question(s) at the Council Meeting.

You do not need to attend the Council Meeting for your question to be read and answered.

If your questions are in regards to a land use planning matter, you must indicate whether you are submitting in support of or in opposition to the Planning Permit Application or Planning Scheme Amendment.
Questions may not be allowed where the question is deemed to be:

Defamatory, indecent, abusive, offensive, irrelevant or objectionable in language or substance;

Derogatory or designed to embarrass a Councillor or a member of Council staff;

Related to personnel, industrial, contractual, proposed developments, legal advice or law enforcement matters;

Related to subject matter previously publically answered, repetitious or vexatious;

Breaching Council’s confidentiality obligations;

Illegible, vague or not make sense; and/or
-
Related to any other matter which Council considers would prejudice Council or any person.
