    Childcare Director: Core Responsibilities

    • Operations & Finance: Manage daily operations, budgeting, enrollment, and facility maintenance.
    • Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to state, local, and federal licensing and safety regulations.
    • Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor staff while fostering a positive workplace culture.
    • Programming: Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure high-quality educational standards.
    • Communication: Act as the primary liaison for parents, licensing agencies, and owners.

      Teacher & Teacher’s Aide: Core Responsibilities
    • Safety & Supervision: Maintain constant supervision and follow all health and sanitation protocols.
    • Instruction: Plan and lead age-appropriate, play-based learning activities and lessons.
    • Caregiving: Assist with daily routines (meals, hygiene, naps) in a nurturing environment.
    • Development: Monitor child progress, manage behaviors positively, and support social-emotional growth.
    • Collaboration: Communicate effectively with parents and work supportively with the teaching team.

     

    Childcare Center Cook: Core Responsibilities

    • Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious, age-appropriate snacks and meals following federal and state guidelines.
    • Kitchen Safety: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in all food prep and storage areas.
    • Compliance: Manage food inventory, monitor expiration dates, and ensure adherence to health department regulations.
    • Allergy Management: Carefully track and accommodate children’s dietary restrictions and food allergies.
    • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of meal counts, temperatures, and kitchen maintenance.
