This form is for requesting individual or group tours of Sherman Phoenix Foundation (SPF). Tour requests are not guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time; however, we are not always able to offer on-site tours at the requested time.

If we are unable to accommodate your request as submitted, we will make every effort to offer an alternative date or time.

Typical tours last approximately 20 minutes.

If you would like to request time to connect with a staff member before or after your tour, please indicate that in the form. While we will do our best to accommodate meeting requests, they are not guaranteed even if a tour can be provided.

Please note any ADA accommodation needs in the form. While we strive to be accessible, our entire building is not ADA accessible.
