The Inaugural Sipping Across California National Caravan was quite successful, so we have decided to grab just 3 of the stops and create this more compact caravan, exploring the fabulous products of Grapes and Grains while enjoying plenty of opportunities to take in the majesty of the Pacific Ocean coast.

Our adventure will begin in Paso Robles, CA with a motorcoach trip to San Simeon to visit the renowned Hearst Castle followed by a stop in Cambria, a Seaside Village bustling with shops, history and restaurants. The motorcoach journey will include a final stop for adult beverages in a special setting as we get to know each other. Next stop, Half Moon Bay! We will be camping with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, enjoy some amazing seafood, and enjoy the Annual Jazz and Wine Festival downtown. The final stop will be in California’s 2nd most visited destination, the Napa Valley! (Disneyland is #1). Our drive day will include crossing the San Francisco Bay and taking in the San Francisco Skyline. Our stay here will include tasting fabulous wines and cheeses, visiting the historic Sonoma Square, and a closing luncheon with the Winemaker and Chef on our private patio at an exclusive estate vineyard.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Members who cancel after being registered for any rally/caravan/event will forfeit any third-party non-refundable fees incurred by Grapes & Grains (G&G) or the sponsor including but not limited to reservation fees, processing fees, site cancellation fees, prepaid excursion, tour, entertainment, and event fees. Any member/registrant who cancels within 30 days of the start date will forfeit any prepaid fees and depending on the venue, potential RV site fees. Regardless of the reason or cause, if the timeliness of cancellation of your attendance does not allow G&G or it’s Host(s) to find replacement attendees or obtain refunds from any of the vendors or providers, a refund will not be made, and forfeiture of those costs will be incurred by the cancelling member.

If Grapes & Grains should cancel a rally/caravan/event, all fees paid by any member/registrant will be refunded.

This Grapes & Grains refund policy is premised on the concept that the Intra-Club should neither profit from nor subsidize the cost of any member or registrant who cancels after registering for a G&G sponsored or hosted rally/caravan/event. We understand that circumstances arise where a cancellation may be necessary, and every effort will be made to minimize the financial impact on both the Intra-Club and the member/registrant.

Any member/registrant who does not agree with a refund decision made by the organizers of a G&G sponsored rally/caravan/event may appeal that decision to the G&G Executive Board by filing a written appeal request, including the reasons for a reversal of the refund decision, within 30 days of the original refund decision.
