Program: Live From The Source Podcast / New Reality TV Program

Thank you for agreeing to join us on Live From The Source, which may also be distributed through New Reality TV. This guest release and consent form simply confirms your consent to participate and allows us to share the conversation.

Your Participation

By participating in the Program, you give permission to Live From The Source and New Reality TV LLC, together with their affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns (the “Producers”), to record your name, likeness, image, voice, statements, and participation in audio, video, or digital form.

The Program may be edited for clarity, length, and flow, and may be shared in full or in excerpts across podcast platforms, television, streaming services, websites, social media, and promotional materials, now or in the future, worldwide.

Editing & Integrity

If there is any portion of the conversation you do not wish to be edited or aired, you agree to notify us in writing before publication. Only those clearly identified portions will be considered for exclusion. All other content may be edited at the Producers’ discretion.

Promotion & Materials

You agree that we may use your name, likeness, voice, and brief biographical information in connection with the promotion, advertising, and distribution of the Program.

If you provide photos, videos, or other materials for use in the Program, you confirm that you own or have permission to share them and that their use does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

Rights, Responsibility & Release

You confirm that you are legally able to participate and that doing so does not violate any other agreement.

You understand that you do not retain any ownership or rights in the Program or any benefits that may result from its distribution or use.

You agree to release, defend, and hold harmless the Producers from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your participation in the Program or from any materials you provide.

You further release the Producers from any claims related to the recording, editing, distribution, or use of the Program, including claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity.

Compensation

You understand and agree that no financial or other compensation will be provided in exchange for your participation or the rights granted under this agreement.

Final Terms

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and represents the entire understanding between the parties.
