Empty Bowls 2026 - Marketplace Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Marketplace Vendor at St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore's 20th annual Empty Bowls! This year's event will be held Saturday, April 18th at the Maryland State Fairgrounds in Timonium, Exhibition Hall from 4pm-7pm. Due to limited spaces we cannot guarantee each applicant receives a space. Upon receipt of your application, we will follow up to confirm your participation and provide you with the payment link for the vendor fee. Early bird registration ($75) and payment ends March 17th, 2026, afterwhich the vendor fee is $100. Once we receive payment, you will be officially registered! The 20th annual Empty Bowls will be held on Saturday, April 18th, 2026 from at the Maryland State Fairgrounds (2200 York Rd, Timonium) in the Exhibition Hall
Vendor setup is 1pm-3pm. I will use the front door entrance ONLY so that I can go through "vendor check-in". Here I will receive my badge OR wristband for building access.
My registration is not complete until I have received confirmation that my application has been accepted, have paid registration fee, and received confirmation of registration
I will review the Vendor Information (PDF) prior to event day to ensure that I understand additional vendor details, like clean up time, etc.
