  • Thank you for your interest in SpringFest 2026 in Old Ellicott City, Maryland!

    The Ellicott City Partnership (ECP) is pleased to host the beloved annual event, attracting 7000+ visitors to our Historic District. The all-ages festival features an artisans’ market, kids’ activities, live music, food, environmental education, and more. SpringFest vendors benefit from a strong social media, website, e-newsletter, and poster/banner promotion campaign.

    PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING!

    • Applications will be accepted from January 28 to February 18, 2026. Applicants will be informed of selection no later than February 27th, 2026.
    • The Food Vendor fee is $300. Additional charges may be incurred for oversized vehicles or additional set up space.
    • Shelf-stable and bakery vendors should NOT APPLY USING THIS APPLICATION. PLEASE USE THE ARTISAN VENDOR APPLICATION. 
    • The sale of alcohol is NOT PERMITTED by food vendors.
    • Although not required, we request that all food vendors plan to provide environmentally-friendly utensils and food containers.  
    • All Food Vendors must acquire a proper food vending permit from Howard County Health Department and provide to ECP no later than March 18, 2026. (Link Below)
    • All Food Vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance listing Ellicott City Partnership as an additionally insured.
    • Electricity is not provided; generators are allowed but must be whisper-quiet.
    • Invoices will be emailed to approved vendors. Payment is due within five (5) business days from the date of the invoice. Failure to pay in a timely manner may result in forfeiting your vendor spot.
    • Previous participation in an ECP-sponsored event does not guarantee participation in SpringFest 2026 or future events. 
    • Third party vendors are not accepted for SpringFest. Sponsorship and partner opportunities are another way to connect your business with this popular event. Please contact info@oldellicottcity.org for more information.
    • The Ellicott City Partnership is a 501(c)(3) organization.

    Food Vendors should provide their own fire retardant tent(s). All tents are required to meet NFPA 701 or California State Fire Marshal flammability certifications; check the label in your tent for confirmation. The Fire Marshall visits on festival mornings to ensure all tents meet these safety requirements. If you do not meet the standards set forth by the Fire Marshall or the Health Department, you can potentially be asked to leave the festival. No refunds will be provided in that case. 

    Vendors are responsible for their own tables, chairs and display pieces.  Vendors are encouraged to bring a credit card processing system.

    The sale of alcohol is NOT PERMITTED by food vendors.

    Vendors will be assigned staggered arrival times beginning at 8:30 AM. All vendors must be set up by 11:30 AM. The public hours of SpringFest are 12 - 8 PM.  Additional details regarding festival day procedures will be sent on festival week.

    There are no refunds for this event.

    By submitting the application, you are committing to be a vendor at SpringFest 2026. Should your availability change, please notify info@oldellicottcity.org immediately.

    There is no rain date. Vendors will be provided an inclement weather policy and decision-making factors on festival week should the need arise.
