1. I certify that the Lot is leased in full compliance with the Association’s Governing Documents.
2. I certify that the tenant(s) have received and been informed of all applicable Community Rules, Parking Rules, and Trash Guidelines.
3. I certify that I have provided the tenant(s) with an amenity fob and have had it deactivated, or I expressly authorize the Association to permit the tenant(s) to purchase an amenity fob, so that they may come to the amenity center and have it activated in their name, subject to all applicable Association policies, fees, and procedures.
4. I acknowledge that the Association does not request, review, or retain copies of lease agreements.
5. I acknowledge and agree that I, as the Owner, remain fully responsible for any and all violations of the Governing Documents, fines, fees, charges, and damages caused by or attributable to my tenant(s), occupants, guests, or invitees.
6. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to notify the Association upon lease expiration or termination for any reason so the Association may update amenity access as necessary. Failure to notify the Association by the lease end date will result in key fob suspension until the Association is contacted.
7. I acknowledge that failure to comply with the Association’s leasing requirements may result in enforcement action in accordance with the Governing Documents.
