• Pork Cutting Form

    This form can be used to place your pork orders. Each pork order is custom butchered and packaged at our USDA-approved facility. On the pickup day, the customer is responsible for collecting the order from Sailers Food Market and Meat Processing.

  • Pork Chops

    For each option, you'll be offered the most Pork Chops possible. These cuts will be added to your sausage options if you choose no pork chops.
  • Hams

    For each selection, you'll be given the maximum number of ham roasts or steaks. These cuts will be added to your sausage options if you do not want to use ham.
  • Shoulders

    If you do not want all of your shoulder steaks or roasts, these cuts will be mixed in with your sausage options.
  • Side pork or Bacon

  • Sausage Options

  • Additional Meat Options

    If you don't want shanks or spareribs, they will be added to the sausage options.
