The Episcopal Diocese of Northwest Texas encourages youth to participate in our summer camping programs by attending Camp Quarterman or Camp Quarterman Jr. We do not want the cost of attending camp to be prohibitive. To aid in that, there are partial scholarships (depending on need) available through the camper's local congregation, diocesan donations toward scholarships, and the Sanford Scholarship Fund*. Families are encouraged to pay the deposit fee of $100, if able, and to contribute a portion of the camp registration fee.
- *The Sanford Scholarship Fund is designed to supplement any other diocesan or church financial aid available and make it possible for any youth residing within the boundaries of the Diocese of Northwest Texas to attend Camp Quarterman or Camp Quarterman Jr. The fund has restrictions on how much can be spent each year, so early applications are encouraged.
Please consider what amount you are able to contribute towards the camp expense, speak with your priest regarding help from the congregation inluding any fundraisers that could be held, and then complete and submit this application. Please include a description of the need in the appropriate space before submitting.
