2026 Eton Arts Week - En Plein Air

TERMS & CONDITIONS: The information in the Artist Information Pack, together with the information in This Form constitute the Terms and Conditions for entering Eton Arts Week 2026.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Participating artists must be aged 18 or older on 23rd May 2026. 

FEES TO PARTICIPATE: It costs £50 for an artist to enter the Eton En Plein Air 2026

Your place in En Plein Air is not secure until we receive payment.

PHOTOS:  All artists taking part in the Eton En Plein Air 2026 event are liable to be photographed. By entering the event, you agree to be photographed and your image may be used in publicity and promotional activity.

You must have a valid, current public liability insurance to take part in this event. Please provide details of the insurance provider, policy number and expiry date above.

You must email a copy of a current PLI certificate to artsweek@visiteton.info before the event. If you don’t currently have public liability insurance, please contact us on the email above so that we can assist.

The fee to participate in the 2026 Eton En Plein Air is £50 per individual artist.

Your place in En Plein Air is not secure until we receive payment. 

To ensure that we can match your payment with your entry form, (many people have business accounts, joint accounts with a spouse etc.) please detail below the exact name of your Bank Account as it appears on your statement (e.g Arabella. B. Charles).

From the list of locations listed below, please select your three preferred locations.

Click on your desired locations in your preferred order (i.e. 1st 2nd 3rd). If you wish to deselect click on the name in the Selected column.

Locations are allocated on a first come first serve basis. If none of the three locations you have selected are still available, we (The En Plein Air Organisers) will allocate an available location to you. For more details on the locations for Eton En Plein Air 2026 see the Artist Information Pack.

The Eton En Plein Air competition runs until 4.00pm. Artists must then down brushes and bring their art to the Austen-Leigh and Baldwin Institute by 4.30pm at the latest! You will be asked to vacate the hall before judging begins. If you finish your work before 4.00pm bring it to the Austen-Leigh and Baldwin Institute from 2.00pm.

 

Your art must have a fully completed "ART LABEL" (which we provide) and an easel. After judging and awards at 6.00pm the art will remain in the Austen-Leigh and Baldwin Institute all day Sunday and Monday for collection by you at 5.00pm on Monday.

 

During Sunday and Monday if there is a customer interested in your work, and your art is marked with a sale price we can sell it for you. We then let you know it has been sold and the name of the customer. We will take 25% sales commission and transfer the net amount of the sale value to you. If you do not want your art sold then you must mark your label NFS (i.e. Not For Sale)

Once you have submitted this form and we have received your payment, the information in this form that is part of the Terms and Conditions for Eton Arts Week will be emailed to you so that you have it to hand for your reference. This will not include the information you enter.
