ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
Nearly 500 million young Africans will enter the workforce by 2035. By 2050, Africa will account for 85% of the increase in the global working-age population. Fursa is a new Afro-centric digital platform aimed at addressing this looming change by connecting African talent with opportunities, mentorship, and promoting sustainable development on the continent. Today’s young people are tomorrow’s homegrown entrepreneurs, and this grant is an opportunity for your NGO to partner with us and be at the forefront of helping ensure that Africa’s youth have a bright future. Valued at USD 15,000, this grant will provide access to Fursa for 150 individuals of your organization’s choosing for one year. The subscriptions will include an onboarding session with the Fursa team, as well as access to training sessions led by experts in job hunting and CV and resume building, among other topics.
