Black Wall Street Marketplace Experience
The Black Wall Street Marketplace is a one-day high-traffic experience vending experience with two distinct opportunities to showcase your business. The marketplace opens in the morning, pauses for transition, and reopens in the evening for an elevated black tie experience. All for one cost!
Important Requirement: All vendors and vendor staff must purchase a ticket to be approved as a vendor. Admission is not included with vendor participation and is mandatory for all vendors present during the evening program

The Evening Black Wall Street Marketplace opens at 4:30 PM in connection with the Madison Black Business Awards & Era's Ball
Connections with community members, executives, elected officials, and community leaders.
Elegant setting with music and a celebratory atmosphere
Seated dinner service for vendors and registered support staff
Networking in a polished, black-tie environment
Your participation in the Evening Black Wall Street Marketplace affords you the option to participate in the Day Marketplace Experience. You are invited to vend to the public who will be enjoying the official Traveling Black Wall Street Exhibit from the Tulsa Historical Society and Musuem.
Day Marketplace Experience (Optional)
Community • Discovery • Connection
🕙 Open: 11:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Engage with students, families, retirees, and the general public
- Steady daytime foot traffic in a welcoming, community-focused setting
- Opportunity to introduce your brand and build meaningful connections
- Marketplace will close at 3:00 PM to allow vendors time to refresh and prepare for the evening experience.
What the Chamber Provides:
• One six-foot table, stretch-skirted in black
What vendors should bring:
• Display signage, banners, and décor
• Extension cords and power strips (if electricity is requested)
Set-Up & Staffing
• Vendor set-up time will vary depending on selected times
• Vendors are responsible for set-up and tear-down
• Vendors must staff their tables during marketplace hours:
Program Seating & Dining
• During the seated program (7:00–8:30 PM), vendors and registered support staff will be seated and enjoy a custom menu prepared by Monona Terrace
• Vending will not be permitted during the program
Attire
Eras Elegance a Black Tie Affair
We encourage vendors to dress in formal or elegant attire that complements the evening’s upscale atmosphere.
