    Registration Fees

    • Adults (18+): $130
    • Teens (15–17): $100
      (Minors must be accompanied by an adult)

    Once you submit your registration form, please then complete the payment using one of the methods listed below.
    Fees are nonrefundable after August 1st.

    What’s Included in Your Registration

    • 2-night stay at Camp Wapiti in Settlement Canyon 
    • Meals provided:
      Friday: Dinner
      Saturday: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
      Sunday: Breakfast
      Beverages at meals: coffee, milk, juice/punch. Water available throughout the day. Please bring any additional snacks or beverages you’d like outside of this.
    • NWTF Membership
      (Be sure to complete your membership card!)
    • 6 classes and the supplies needed for the class
    • Attendee group photo that will be emailed 
    • The chance to learn new skills and connect with new friends along the way

  • This will determine which side of the camp you will be placed. You will want to select the same as your group. 

  • How long will you be staying with us?*

  • Friday at 12 PM, check-in and cabin assignments will open. This gives you time to get settled into your cabin and enjoy the grounds before your first class begins at 2 PM.

    Raffle ticket sales will open at 3:30 PM on Friday.

    Saturday Dinner Theme: Renaissance Faire, come dressed in your best faire attire!

    Sunday Breakfast will be served from 8:30–9:15 AM.
    All cabins must be cleaned and checked off by 11 AM.
