Remfest Vendor Application Form 2026

Remfest 2026 Details:

Location: The Remfest Festival will operate between 29th and 27th street on Remington Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland on Saturday May 9th, 2026.

Festival Operating hours: 12pm-9pm

Arrival Time: 8:30am- 10:30am

Fully Setup time: 11:30am

Break down time: 9pm

Load in information: Vendors MAY NOT drive to their vending space (Both for Load in or Load Out), Booth items will be required to be carried or carted from designated load-in space to booth location (approx 1 block).

Vendor Space: Vendors will be provided with a 10' x 10' space. If your booth requires any larger than 10'x10' space, please note this in the Details section below. Remfest reserves the right to deny anyone a larger than 10'x10' space.

Vendor Types: This application is for CRAFT Vendors ONLY. If you are a food vendor, please email Remfest@griaonline.org. DO NOT use this form to apply to be a food vendor at Remfest 2025.

Remfest 2026 Vendor Fees

Non-refundable Application fee: $15

Vendor Confirmation Fee: $125

Remfest reserves the right to deny any vendor acceptance to the Remfest 2026 festival for any reason. Vendor application fees are non-refundable. If selected to be a vendor for Remfest 2025 you will receive an email with your payment link to confirm your attendance. If you do not pay the confirmation fee you will not be confirmed for Remfest 2026.
