Welcome to Sun City's Vendor Market! Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor with us. We are committed to creating high quality, well curated, themed experiences for our community while providing meaningful opportunities for small businesses to grow.Please review the following rules and requirements before submitting your application: Outdoor spaces are 10' × 10' & a tent is required. Every tent must be secured with a minimum of 40 pound weights on each tent leg, no exceptions. Indoor spaces measure approximately 8' × 6', unless otherwise noted. Marketing is a requirement. Vendors are required to help promote the event by sharing it on social media a minimum of two to three times prior to the event. Please tag @scvmeptx and our featured venue or event partner, which will be announced soon! VENDOR MARKET DAYES
All payments are final. There are absolutely no refunds under ANY circumstances OR transfer of credits.

We understand that true emergencies can occur. Any emergency requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of market management for resolvement of missing marketd date.

All funds are allocated directly back into advertising, marketing, logistics, staffing, and overall event production. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. b
Submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance into the market. Each application is carefully reviewed to help us curate the best overall experience for our community.If your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with complete event details, along with a payment link sent by both email and text for the total amount due based on your selected booth option. Please note that booth spaces are not held. Your space is officially reserved only after full payment has been received.
