  • Thank you for applying to attend Thunder Academy 2026. 
    This form is the beginning stages to confirm your registration and will take about 5 minutes. 

    If you haven't, you can have read though our information pack found at www.thunderacademy.org which holds important information about Thunder Academy. 

    Application:

    Thunder Academy is a relational, immersive, and high engagement environment. This application helps us steward the community well and ensure participants are in a setting where they can flourish. 

    Accommodation:
    Should you book accommodation through Thunder Academy, we have reserved all options as available from November 1st, 3:00 PM to November 29th, 10:00 AM. Please consider this when booking flights. 

    Payment Plans:
    If you choose to pay via a payment plan, these will start in April - October as monthly installments. 

    Communication:
    Academy communications will begin in August, alongside all other participants. This two month lead in period is designed to help you arrive feeling connected, prepared, and ready to engage fully.

  • Upon acceptance into Thunder Academy, a more detaild H&S form will be sent out to collect emergency contact details and expand on the below. We want to foster the safest and well constructed environemnt for you to get the most out of your time here. 
    Answering a "Yes" to the below questions doesn't reduce your chance of acceptance, one of the team will follow up once submitted for more details.

  • If you require transport to and from the venue each day, please book within Hastings & Havelock area. Outside of these areas will mean you will need to provide your own transport.
    (Avoid bookng in Flaxmere & Camberley as these areas are unsafe).

  • You will be in a single bed in a room with someone of the same sex. There are two beds in each room.

  • Thank you for taking the time to fill out your application to Thunder Academy.
    This is such a special, intentional and deep time with others.

    You will recieve an email confirming or denying your application within 7 days.

    Upon acceptance, securing your spot is finalized by paying the $500 USD deposit (this deposit is non-refundable). If you wish to pay in full, a deposit will still need to be paid, and a final invoice for the remaining amount will be sent out.
