By submitting the registration form and providing payment details, you confirm your booking and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Registration and Payment
Registration is confirmed upon receipt of the completed registration form and full payment of the applicable registration fee. All fees must be paid in full prior to the conference.
Cancellations and Changes
All cancellations or changes to registrations must be made in writing by contacting Dawn Garbett at dr.garbett@gmail.com.
- Cancellations received on or before 1 July 2026 will be eligible for a refund, less a £50 administration fee.
- Cancellations received after 1 July 2026 will be eligible for a refund, less a £100 administration fee.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Substitutions
If a registered participant is unable to attend, a substitute delegate may attend at no additional cost, provided the organisers are notified in writing prior to the conference.
Programme Changes
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the conference programme, speakers, venue arrangements, or schedule where necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to registered participants as soon as reasonably practicable.
Conference Cancellation and Force Majeure
In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled or disrupted due to circumstances beyond the organisers’ control, including but not limited to severe weather, venue closure, public health restrictions, or other force majeure events, the organisers’ liability is limited to the refund of registration fees paid, less any unrecoverable costs.
Travel and Accommodation
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and ensuring appropriate insurance coverage. The conference organisers accept no responsibility for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred in the event of conference cancellation, programme changes, or individual non-attendance.
Data Protection and Privacy (GDPR)
Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the administration and delivery of the conference. Data will be handled in accordance with UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements and will not be shared with third parties beyond what is necessary for conference organisation and delivery.
Photography and Recording
The conference may be photographed or recorded for academic, reporting, or promotional purposes. By registering, participants consent to the use of images or recordings in which they may appear, unless they notify the organisers in writing in advance.
