The inaugural GO Year of Discipleship kicks off on August 23, 2026!

As we move closer to the start of the program, students and their families will begin receiving more frequent communication from The GO Year staff at Forest Home. To ensure that important information is received clearly and by the right people, we need your help confirming our communication details.

Through this form, we are asking you to provide:
- The names of all individuals you would like included on GO Year communications (such as program updates, packing lists, preparation details, and important deadlines)
  - This will include up to two people in addition to the GO Year student
- Accurate email addresses that will be checked regularly
Please note: certain communications will be sent to one individual only. Any legal or official documents (including release forms, financial agreements, and similar materials) will be sent directly to the student enrolled in The GO Year. All other general program communication will be sent to everyone listed on this form.
