The Port Jervis Soap Box Derby will be held on Sunday, June 14th, 2026. We will once again have food booths in several locations as well craft and informational booths. Local merchants and organizations will have first priority. This event is RAIN or SHINE. Your location will be determined by the derby and reserved for you. Your location will be emailed to you towards the end of race week, so please make sure to include your email address on the form.

• All booths must be set up by 8am on race day.
• Proof of insurance with "The City of Port Jervis" listed as additional named insured is also required.
• The Orange County Department of Health requires that a TEMPORARY FOOD CERTIFICATE be used for the day. Please note, this is only if you are serving any food or beverage.
• Electricity Will not be provided at the booths.
• Attached is a your Vendor Form.
• Checks can be made out to PJSBD and mailed to:
  • 150 Black Forest Rd. Glen Spey, NY 12737.

All forms must be filled out and payment received no later than Saturday, May 23rd.
