Welcome to the Huntsville Youth Orchestra's annual Tennessee Valley Music Festival. Fill out the following registration form for each student completely and do not omit any items. If you have questions about the registration process, please contact info@hsvyo.org
Important Registration Information

Before registering, ensure you have any applicable discount or scholarship codes (see below). Full details on TVMF, fees, and track information can be found at https://hsvyo.org/tvmf-info

Discounts:

Siblings: $10 off per child when registering two or more. Use code TVMFSibling

HYO Bring a Friend: HYO members bringing a non-HYO friend receive $20 off. Contact info@hsvyo.org for the code after your friend registers.

Seniors: Class of 2026 HYO seniors receive 50% off. Codes will be emailed to eligible students.

Financial Aid:

Need-based scholarships are available. Applications are reviewed on a monthly basis

Student Conduct Agreement

It is the expectation of the Huntsville Youth Orchestra that all students participating in the orchestra conduct themselves appropriately during the year. Students are expected to follow guidelines set forth by the HYO Staff and the handbook. Participants are expected to treat facilities and equipment with the utmost care.
- Any student who is observed abusing or defacing any property will be asked to leave the rehearsal. There will be no refund of tuition in the event a student is expelled due to inappropriate behavior.
- Any type of illegal drug use to include, but not limited to, the smoking of cigarettes will lead to expulsion.
- Students will respect each other and staff at all times.

I give permission for photos or videos of my student, selected during Huntsville Youth Orchestra (HYO) or Tennessee Valley Music Festival (TVMF) events, to be used for publicity purposes. These images may appear on websites, social media platforms, or in printed materials.

Please note that photos will be taken of each ensemble, and parent consent is required for student inclusion. No names will be published.

Tennessee Valley Music Festival Liability Waiver

By participating in the Tennessee Valley Music Festival (TVMF), the undersigned acknowledges and agrees to the following:
1. I understand and accept all risks associated with participation and assume full responsibility for my child’s involvement.
2. I agree to waive, release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Huntsville Youth Orchestra (HYO), its staff, conductors, Board of Directors, and donors from any claims related to injury or illness.
3. I release HYO and Trinity United Methodist Church from any liability and acknowledge that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to the terms of participation.
