ScoreUp Membership Enrollment

ScoreUp memberships include a structured installment obligation governed by a written agreement. This is not a loan or credit card. Reporting, where applicable, is based on account performance and authorization.

I authorize Ascend Financial Solutions LLC to administer my membership, process payments, and report account performance in accordance with applicable laws.

Membership Agreement

Ascend Financial Solutions LLC

1. Parties

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Ascend Financial Solutions LLC

("Company") and the individual enrolling as a member ("Member").

2. Program Description

The Company operates a membership-based financial education and support program. Membership

provides access to educational content, tools, and support resources. The program is not a loan, credit

card, or extension of revolving credit.

3. Membership Obligation

Membership includes a structured installment obligation with a defined term and fixed monthly payment. No funds are disbursed to the Member.

4. Payment & Billing

Membership fees are billed monthly according to the selected plan. Payments are due as scheduled.

5. Credit Reporting Authorization

Where applicable and authorized, the Company may report the Member’s payment performance to

consumer reporting agencies as a primary installment account in accordance with Metro 2® standards.

6. No Guarantees

The Company makes no guarantees regarding credit scores, funding outcomes, or approvals.

7. Termination

Membership may be terminated in accordance with Company policies and applicable law.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the Company is organized.Acceptance & Signature
