Under RCW 46.55 The Property Manager, Agent or Owner gives Emerald Towing authorization to impound any unauthorized or improperly parked vehicle(s) from the property when directed by the Authorizer(s) listed on this agreement 24 hours a day.
This agreement can be terminated at any time. in the event of termination by the Manager/Owner of the property, we please request to notify Emerald Towing by either phone, fax or E-Mail. Managers may allow Emerald Towing to remove all signage provided by them in the event of terminations.
Abandoned, Inoperable, or Junk RV, Campers, Motorhomes
Vehicles of this nature may be impounded during the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, and may be subject to additional disposal fees
unless
reclaimed by the registered owner.
