Cancellation & Appointment Policy | I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a 50% service fee. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be charged a late cancellation fee.
